During this pressing, the pipe cross-section is closed and then cut using the SPT 1 gas pipe cutter. A manual hydraulic unit reaching a pressure of at least 70 MPa is used as a source of hydraulic fluid, which is supplied on a special order of the customer, including complete interconnection. Pressing is performed using pressurized hydraulic oil from a manual or foot-operated hydraulic unit of the required parameters.<br><br>Only pipes made of structural non-alloy steels with a tensile strength of up to 350 MPa and a maximum size of TR \u00f8 89 and a wall thickness of up to 4 mm can be closed with a press.<br><br><strong>The press consists of these main parts:<\/strong><br>&#8211; single-acting hydraulic cylinder<br>&#8211; solid frame<br>&#8211; pressure plates<br>&#8211; folding frame<br>&#8211; removable pin<br>&#8211; handles<br><br><strong>CG<\/strong> &#8211; quality mark for gas industry products<br><strong>Czech Quality<\/strong> &#8211; the mark allows you to simply and clearly identify a product that has been reviewed by a qualified institution in terms of its
