ZPK rail transport equipment

The ZPK rail transport device is designed for the transport and storage of rails and rail strips. The set, consisting of 3 P bogies, 3 R frames and 3 Z jacks, is designed for the transport and handling of rails or rail strips up to 25 m long. The advantage of this device is its simple design, manual operation, minimal maintenance and operational reliability.

The device consists of three parts:
– Chassis P ZPK
– Frame R ZPK
– Z ZPK lift (Z ZPK.1)

Using a frame with a jack, it is possible to replace individual rails or rail strips. The jack moves along the frame and, using self-locking pliers, can grab the rail or rail strip and move it to the desired location. The ZPK device, including all its parts and accessories, is approved by the Railway Administration, s. o. for operation on national, regional and siding tracks.

The device can be supplied both in the complete ZPK version and as individual integral parts (chassis P ZPK, frame R ZPK and lift Z ZPK). The lift Z ZPK with roller chain can be changed to the lift Z ZPK.1 with link chain according to the customer’s request. The advantage of this solution is easier manipulation of the lift with a steering wheel instead of a lever mechanism.
