The HPU 1701 hydraulic impact wrench (hereinafter referred to as the wrench) is a hand tool used for tightening and loosening screw connections up to M 30. The torque is generated by the impact of a rotating percussion mechanism. The HPU 3501.1 wrench is an extended type designed specifically for loosening and tightening rail screws.

The wrench consists of the following main parts: the wrench body, the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic distribution block, the percussion mechanism and the handle with control. The block contains a throttle valve for adjusting the speed of the output square and a slide valve for changing the direction of rotation.

It is possible to order an additional handle for the screwdriver, which is rotatable relative to the axis of the impact mechanism to improve the grip of the screwdriver in the working position. In the case of higher parameters of the pressure medium source p > 14 MPa; Q > 25 l/min, a RB 1 regulating block (product of KOEXPRO OSTRAVA, a. s.) must be installed upstream of the pressure branch to adjust these parameters.

The device can be used in potentially explosive environments.
